Himachal Pradesh Chapter
Chandigarh Chapter of PRSI mentored and organised the 35th
Chapter of PRSI in Himachal Pradesh.
The Chapter was inaugurated inaugurated by
Prof. V.K. Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh University, at a glittering
function organised at Hotel Holiday Home.
Mr. Sameer Goswami, National President of PRSI, who heads the PR wing of Eastern
Railways in Calcutta, presided over the meeting and formally presented the
charter to the newly elected Chairman of Himachal Chapter, Mr. B.D. Sharma.
Chandigarh Chapter made a beginning in this direction when it organised a
seminar for the entire PR Department of the State in Palampur in 2004, and was
able to motivate the practitioners to network and benefit through exchange of
ideas, knowledge and expertise.
